From March 2005 through October 2005 I worked as an animator on Richard Linklater's film adaptation of Phillip K. Dick's novel "A Scanner Darkly". It stars Keanu Reeves, Winona Ryder, Robert Downey, Jr., and Woody Harrelson. |

| The ambitious project utilized a technique called "Interpolated Rotoscoping", which saw those of us on staff drawing, painting, and animating on top of live footage, digitally through the use of Wacom tablets. The process bears fruit to basically a moving graphic novel and a unique, stylized look. |
